John earned his BS degree in business administration from Bucknell University. He served as an officer in the US Army for three years, then returned to law school, graduating from the Dickinson School of Law in 1985. At Dickinson, John served as Articles Editor of the Dickinson Journal of International Law . John has practiced law in Franklin County for over 20 years, most recently as a partner with Keller, Keller, Frey & Beck. John practices in the areas of worker's compensation, estate planning and administration, elder law, commercial transactions, business law, real estate and bankruptcy.
Born and raised in Chambersburg, John is a lifelong member of Central Presbyterian Church. John and his wife Beth, an attorney practicing in Washington, DC, have three children.
