Bill earned his BA in history from Juniata College and his JD from the University of Illinois. He has been practicing law in Franklin County for nearly 30 years. He is a Certified Financial Planner and practices mainly in the areas of wills and estate planning, business planning, and real estate.
Bill has been a board member for many local charitable organizations and has served as President of the Board of the Waynesboro YMCA, Brook Lane Psychiatric Center, Waynesboro Rotary Club, Mainstreet Waynesboro, Inc, and the Franklin County Bar Association. He is an active member of Fairview Avenue Brethren in Christ Church and conducts estate planning seminars for community and church groups. Bill and his wife Val live in Waynesboro. They have four children.
