Paul received his BA in philosophy and his MBA in contract management from the University of Dallas, and his JD from Regent University School of Law. Paul is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Maryland. He practices business and corporate law, business planning, land planning, municipal law, real estate, and wills.
Paul is an adjunct instructor of Business at Penn State University, member of the Executive Board of Directors for the Mason-Dixon Council of the Boy Scouts, Greencastle Rotary Club, Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce, Waynesboro Area Human Services Council and the St. Thomas More Society. Paul also serves as an elected member of the Greencastle Borough Council. He attends St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in Greencastle, where he resides with his wife Lucy and their five children.
